We call her Trouble

Delaney's new nickname is Trouble because she is into EVERYTHING. I can't take my eyes off of her for a second. She is pulling things off the shelves, climbing up things and making a mess anywhere she can. Her favorite new activity is throwing things over the gate and down the stairs. Here is a video I caught of her today climbing on a box to get something off the dining room table. Nothing is out of her reach!

She is still the sweetest things though. Here she is hugging her dolly.

Psycho

Zach took the picture of his bushy beard before he shaved the other day and it just turned out so funny I have to share it. I told him he looks like he belongs in a mental ward. It makes me crack up everytime I see it! Ha!

Party in Clarence

Then later in the week she had another party with the Anderson gang in Clarence. It was just as nice. Her great grandparents joined us and she enjoyed her cake and presents again. Thanks Aunt Jen for the Cheerios and animal crackers. They got us home in peace.

Delaney's 1st Birthday party at the Lake

Delaney's birthday party was a lot of fun. She loved her cake and opening presents. She got a ride on Zebra toy and some adorable clothes. Zoey picked her out her very own toy cell phone (so she wouldn't keep taking hers).

Home sweet home!

After being away for a week it is always so great to be home. The girls never sleep well away and Delaney was awake all night last night with stomach issues. I am looking forward to a restful and relaxing evening and then a full nights sleep tonight.

*Keep posted for pictures of Delaney's birthday party and a funny cake eating video.

February Girls

Here are the girls together.

Snow

It has been snowing and snowing and snowing here. We have gotten about two feet this week. It feels like as soon as we go out there and shovel out the driveway it fills back up. We really have no place to put the snow we shovel either. We have 5-6 foot piles on either side of our driveway. Right now we are piling it in our neighbors yard. So we can't just push the snow and throw it up we have to carry shovel fulls across the street. It makes for a big pain in the butt and back. Zoey loves it though. She sits on top of the banks and says she is climbing unicorn mountain (whatever that is). Here are some pics:

Air Guitar

Here is Delaney playing air guitar. I couldn't decide which video was better so here are both for you to enjoy.

Here is Zoey singing.

steps in the right direction

Here is Delaney taking a few steps to me. She can stand up alone too and I have watched her get up and walk towards something un prompted. She has even stood up holding something in her hand.

She is also pointing at everything. It is pretty cute. When she wants something to points to it and says "Eh, Eh." I guess it is the begining of communication.

The afternoon with dad

This is what happens when I leave my husband alone with the kids for a few hours. Too much fun is had by all and the baby muzzles herself. Ha!

Better

I'm much better and have actually enjoyed a fun weekend. We went to the mall on Sat and used up the last of our gift cards from Christmas. Then today we went to church and then over to our neighbors house to watch the first half of the super bowl. It felt good to get out and do something.

by invitation only

I decided to make this blog by invitation only. So, if you got an invitation feel special, because you are! ~A

Ugh....

I have been so sick! I wont go into it too much but man am I miserable. I haven't been able to eat or sleep. I just started to feel human today thanks to some Gatorade. We have been having some horrible weather with snow and ice too. So, lucky for me Zach has been home to help me out.
I'll be back once I am better. ~A
