I downloaded the pictures from Tom's camera onto my computer last weekend. While I was going through them I found this one. It was taken about 8 months ago. Isn't it the cutest picture of Delaney ever!

Memorial Day Weekend
Grandma & Grandpa Anderson are here visiting this weekend. They brought a fun gift with them, a slip and slide. The girls love it! We spent almost all afternoon on Sunday splishing and splashing on it.
Today we headed to the Watertown Zoo. It was the perfect day! Sunny but still cool. It seemed that all the animals were out. Zoey loved giving us all the tour. Afterwards we stopped at the Cowlick for ice cream and then had pizza for dinner. Yum!

Tamara's wedding!
My good friend from college, Tamara, got married over the weekend to a great guy Kevin. I am so excited for both of them. They are a great couple and seem to fit each other perfectly. I wish them many happy years together!

No Markers!
I have never before let markers, other than the Color Wonder kind, into my house. Zoey got some for her birthday with a princess drawing kit though. Delaney was specifically told not to touch them because they are sissy's. Of course they were left in her reach though and this is what happened after maybe 2 minutes. I shudder to think how bad it could have been. The whole thing was compounded because she also colored on Zoey's new fancy paper. This threw Zoey into a huge fit. So, I was a tad angrier that I would have been otherwise. You can see she was totally crushed by my scolding, all she cared about was eating the sandwich behind her.
I now feel your pain Faith!
My smart girl
Zoey learned a new Bible verse at Children's Church yesterday. She really amazes me sometimes. I could never memorize something so quickly. She still has it down solid a day later too. I am so proud of my big girl. I know God has big plans for her!

Watertown Zoo (Thompson Park Living Museum)
The Watertown Zoo isn't huge but the kids always have fun there. They have bears, wolves, a mountain lion, bobcat, wolverine, white owl, caribou, turkeys, farm animals and many more North country native animals. They are in the process of building an new otter exhibit that is going to be awesome. We can't wait until it's done in June.
